Briskbars Review

Briskbars are a new way to get energy without having to drink coffee! Not to mention these bars are supposed to help you focus better! These bars don't contain large amounts of sugar, chemicals, artificial ingredients like regular granola bars. These bars contains special ingredient called "Guarana" and "Maca" which is said to provide energy without a sugar rush and the crash that follows. Their first flavor is 70% dark chocolate with coconut which is bittersweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth and gives out energy at the same time! Each bar contains 4 grams of sugar, 5 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fat. Briskbars are vegan, gmo free, and gluten free. Not to mention they are also dairy free, nut free, soy free, and low in sodium! What more could you ask for!? But be warned... If you have never had guarana before, they recommend that you only eat half of a bar to start. My results: I would say these bars are great for people who are looking to get natural caffeine instead of drinking coffee or pop or anything else that could be bad for you. I feel these would be great for people who are into working out a lot or have to focus on certain things for long periods of time. These bars do definitely do the trick and keep you caffeinated and help keep you focused. I have never had guarana before so I only tried a half of a bar and that did the trick. When I do eat these bars its only if I have to study for a long period of time or just do not have any energy to do anything. But I still only continue to eat a half of bar because that seems to be just the right amount of energy for me. I like that they are free of everything that is super bad for you and are natural. The taste is a little bitter at first because of the dark chocolate but you get used to it after trying it a few times.
